When Cumbria Health formally Choc approached us for a comprehensive refresh, our mission was clear: create a cohesive brand identity, signage, and website design that reflect its progressive, community-focused approach while honoring the trusted reputation it has built over the years. The existing visuals were functional but lacked the warmth, clarity, and modern appeal essential for an organisation dedicated to leading in today’s rapidly changing healthcare landscape.
Our process began with in-depth research and development, including extensive stakeholder sessions and community insights. This collaboration allowed us to fully understand Cumbria Health's values and goals, guiding us in designing a brand that radiates approachability, professionalism, and care.
